REACH RECORDS ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUMS

In 2010 the label Reach Records plans to release four albums. The first will be Sho Baraka "Lions & Liars" (That will be released in 3.30.2010), would result in the Trip Lee and Lecrae 116 Clique (Still no preview release).

GROUP1CREW IN STUDIO!

The Group R & B, Group1Crew is preparing his 3rd studio album titled EP#1. In an interview with CCM Magazine, Manwell Reyes said EP#1 will be sonically different the first 2 records, according to Manwell This is the best work produced by the group. "sonically, it's completely different from the first two records. our goal was to make something current and applicable in the mainstream market, so we stretched ourselves to make songs with as much depth as before but in a more creative way to reach more people", Manwell said. EP#1 is being produced by Andy Anderson, David Garcia and Chris Stevens, is slated for release March 30.

THE TONIC 2010 GRAMMY NOMINATION

The Christian Rapper, The Tonic has received a Grammy nomination in the Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album category for his debut solo project, The Dash. The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards will take place Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif. The Grammy Awards, which celebrate the year's best and brightest in music as voted on by The Recording Academy's membership of music professionals, will be broadcast on the CBS Television Network at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT). As a founding member of acclaimed hip hop group The Cross Movement, The Tonic (a.k.a. John Wells) has toured globally, earned two Grammy nominations, a Stellar Award nomination and two GMA Dove Award nominations. He has been featured by media outlets as diverse as Time Magazine, CCM Magazine, The Source, Vibe Magazine and The Washington Post, and posted some of the highest street week scans in the history of Christian hip hop. The Tonic also serves as president and CEO of Cross Movement Records and burgeoning new media company, Issachar Media.

The Tonic deserves a Grammy nomination, because the album is very good, both in the question Instrumental in the letters. In The Dash, The Tonic talks about life with God and brings into question our lives as Christians, and carries the message paras not only believers but also for those who do not know Jesus. The Tonic is one of the favorites to win the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards.
